Freshman Bulldogs Softball team defeated Wauconda on Monday 13-0 in 5 innings. Pitching and defense were once again the key, as well the offense, which contributed 11 hits as a team. Kari Bengston (3 for 3, R), Deanna Rodriguez (2 for 4, 2 R), Caitlyn Moran (2 for 3, 2 RBI, 3 R), Brianna Dreschler (2 for 3, 2B, 3 RBI, 2 R) and Devon Malo (2 for 2, RBI) led the way at the plate for the Bulldogs.
