Freshman Baseball Took 10-4 Victory From Wauconda

The Freshmen Baseball Team handled Wauconda in a 10-4 victory last night. Although the offense struggled to muster solid base hits, the pitching excellence of Eric Bartz, Ryan Noda, and Doug Murphey proved to be insurmountable for the visiting Bulldogs. On Friday, Grant defeated Vernon Hills 5-4 behind the arm of Matt Malmberg and the bat of Steven Snider. Record: 14-8 (6-3 division).
